- A privacy policy written for the DPDP Act, 2023 (version 1.1, effective 28 October 2026).
- Your rights in one place: access, correction, erasure, withdrawing consent and nominating someone to act for you, with a named grievance officer.
- Delete your account yourself, in the app or on the website. Your name, email, phone, uploaded HR data, assistant questions and certificate names are erased.
- Consents are separate and never pre-ticked. Each one is logged with its purpose, terms version and time, and records are never overwritten.
- Marketing messages are optional, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings → Communications.
- Essential cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Your personal details are never sent to the AI assistant.
- In HR analytics, groups smaller than five people are hidden, so no individual can be singled out.
- Passwords are protected with Argon2id hashing, access is role-based and actions are recorded in an audit log.
